The power of change: People accept the changes when they decide to do something new and this new decision and new vision is the best source to get inspiration to do new things. People make changes in themselves when they face some challenges and difficulties in their work or their life. Read how a little change can make a big difference in your life.

“Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future.”

John F. Kennedy

1. ACCEPT THE CHANGES THAT COME IN YOUR WAY:

The preeminent leader of the Indian independence movement Mahatma

Gandhi made this statement:

“Be the change you want to see in the world.”

If you don’t like your present outcomes; change your thoughts, decisions, and action plans, and change the ways of your workings – always prefer to change yourself. Change is essential in every step of life; you have to accept the changes from time to time to bring out the best outcomes. Change yourself; always accept the changes that come in your way if it is needed, sometimes you may have to take hard decisions that might be painful for the present timings.

The universe is always in change, everything changes its states and positions upon a time, hence, accept the changes to take better benefits of time.

The universe is always in change, people are always in change, situations are always in change, environments are always in change, and all the factors connected with our lives are always in change, so why don’t you? You can’t change the outside people because they aren’t in our control, but you can change yourself. Even you can’t change the outside situations as they aren’t in your control, but you can change yourself. Similarly, you can’t change the outside circumstances if they aren’t in your control, but you can change yourself.

2. YOU CAN’T CHANGE OTHERS, BUT YOU CAN CHANGE YOURSELF

A Scottish-American Industrialist, Business Magnate and Philanthropist, Andrew Carnegie stated it clearly when he said:

“You can’t push anyone up the ladder unless he is willing to climb himself.”

Everywhere you need to change yourself as it needs to; don’t fight with people, situations, and environments, while trying to change yourself and move on with your own pace, decisions, and determinations. Never try to change others, always change yourself from time to time; change your habits, change your attitudes, change your thoughts, change your decisions, change your associations and change the ways of your workings. You can make your decisions upon what has to be done at the right time.

If you don’t like to change yourself, you can’t bring new successes into your life. What you are today with thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, and associations, might be needed to be changed upon a time.

Accept the changes and be the change according to situations and the people you are with. To grow and succeed, change is the most important factor and most people don’t accept the changes when something new happens in their life. People fear when they go through any changes, while wise people accept the changes and move ahead to grab new opportunities. You can’t change your life if you don’t accept the changes; you may need to change your thoughts, the people you’re present with, the attitudes you show to others, the habits you follow in your daily life and many other factors are attached with.

3. THE CHANGE SHOWS NEW WAYS TO REACH YOUR GOALS:

An American business magnate, philanthropist, and the co-founder, of Microsoft Bill Gates, once said:

We always overestimate the change that will occur in the next two years and underestimate the change that will occur in the next ten.

A student gives more attention to his studies when he thinks and decides to perform better in his exams. Here, his attention may go to playing any games or gossiping with his friends in his extra time, while a good student postpones all extra activities and focuses on his studies, putting in more time than he did in the past days.

This change happens, because he sets his goals and works on priorities for his studies. Likewise, any person can change himself into new thoughts, new habits, new action plans and associate with new people to get his work done.

Most people set higher goals, but they don’t love to change themselves; they don’t change their mindset, they don’t change their attitudes, they don’t change their associations and they don’t change their action habits.

If you don’t change yourself upon a time, the time and situations in the future may change you, and you mightn’t control them. Before anybody or any situation changes you, change yourself and learn how to adjust yourself in much situations-this wise decision always helps you. Most people fail to achieve their desired goals because they hesitate to accept the changes that come in their way.

4. TRYING TO CHANGE OTHERS IS A WASTE OF TIME:

As Wayne Dyer once said,

“All blame is a waste of time. No matter how much you find each other, and regardless of how much you blame him, it will not change you.”

When you fail to change yourself, you will fail to change others because you don’t know what to do and how to do it to get the results. Changing yourself isn’t the lesson that you have to learn and speak to others; it is what you do for yourself and make many changes within you.

Creating Success needs “to be changed”; if you don’t accept the changes, you can’t attract the desired success.

Trying to change others is a waste of time because you can’t change others until others accept what you speak or do. Making little positive changes every day in you will bring many positive changes in life…

5. FOCUS ON SMALL CHANGES AT A TIME, THEN YOU CAN TAKE CONTROL OF BIG THINGS:

Focus on small changes in you every day to bring big changes upon a time; you can’t change fully to a new personality in one day, it takes time and you can do it when you consistently do the things with strong determination and positive efforts. Good habits aren’t formed in one day; it takes time and varies from person to person.

When you change yourself as required, you’ll find success in front of you. You can win yourself when you are in your control, and you can win to control your thoughts and actions. Always change yourself creating new self-esteem that can help to create a new life with new visions and hope. New life starts from your new thoughts and new dreams; they are the creator of your new life all the time.

You can’t change nature’s environment, you can’t change people, and you can’t change the outside circumstances but you can change yourself, you can adjust yourself according to situations and environments-always focus on yourself and be the change, and focus on improving your development activities.

How Self-Awareness Can Make a Great Impact on Your Life

When you think confidently, you develop your self-belief and a courageous sense of self-awareness develops within you. Confidence is the product of faith and that could be made capable with determination and clear visions. Without belief, you are blindly doing all the work because you don’t have experience with its results. Working without knowing the results signifies that you are working without definite dreams.

1. DO EVERYTHING WITH THE END RESULTS IN MIND

Marie Curie said it well:

“Life is not easy for any of us. But what of that? We must have perseverance and above all confidence in ourselves. We must believe that we are gifted for something and that this thing at whatever cost, must be attained.

Your clear visions can strengthen your belief in the journey to bring more good outcomes. You can’t achieve the objectives in the real world if you fail to achieve them in your thoughts and feelings with your strong belief. For every success you attain, you achieve them in your mind at the beginning; afterward, you gather the powers to make them real. The creation of good thoughts within your mind is the most important responsibility to bring a prosperous life.

2. PESSIMISM NEVER WINS

What you think about yourself is your self-esteem; don’t think about others, what others think about you; many times, others’ thoughts are invalid and worthless to your life. If you are thinking negatively about yourself, your predominant thoughts become pessimistic and you accept your life in the same direction. When you change your thoughts, you give new directions to your life with new visions and new hope. Your life can’t be interrupted by others’ thoughts and spoken words, hence, be a strong-hearted person to handle all odd situations in life.

3. NOTHING IS IN YOUR CONTROL WITH 100 PERCENT EXCEPT YOU ARE

The 16th President of the United States Abraham Lincoln once said,

“You cannot escape the responsibility of tomorrow by evading it today.

Your beliefs and positive visualization will attract the things into your life that must fulfill all your desires if you believe; you can move mountains because belief has the strength to make it happen.

Forget about others, you can’t control others except yourself. Most people try to control others so that they live with lots of stress and unhappiness.

You can’t control others except you, like, do you have controls on others’ vehicles that are running on the roads except for the control with the vehicle you’re driving. If you’ll try to control others, most of the time you’ll fail, while if you try to control yourself, you must succeed, maybe after failing a few attempts. You can’t change others but you can change yourself; others’ mightn’t be in your control, but you are always in your control. Understand this truth and move on to achieve your goals.

4. FAILURES ARE THE EXPRESS HIGHWAY TO SUCCESS

Soichiro Honda, Founder of Honda Motor Corporation, said it clearly:

“Success is 99 percent failure.”

Failure is the express highway towards success, from every failure you must learn, this attitude must help you to grow; if you don’t learn from your failures, you’ll make the same kinds of mistakes in the future.

If you don’t like to meet failures and challenges, you can never reach the success you desire.

Adversity is a great teacher because you learn many things from bad times, and this time pushes you to do many new things towards your growth and prosperity. People feel discomfort in bad times, while this time opens new doors to greatness, and you get new opportunities to explore your life; it matters whether you accept the new opportunity or not.

5. DEVELOP YOUR SELF-AWARENESS

Daniel Goleman, an author, psychologist, and science journalist write:

If your emotional abilities aren’t in hand, if you don’t have self-awareness, if you are not able to manage your distressing emotions, if you can’t have empathy and have effective relationships then no matter how smart you are, you are not going to get very far.

We install anti-virus software in our computers to protect from viruses and other harmful things that might harm our computers; but to protect our dreams in mind, what we do. Add more positive thoughts to protect your mind, develop the self-discipline to protect your dreams, and build more dreams to create a healthy life. If you want to be tremendous, build big dreams. A big future can only be possible with big dreams.

Without self-awareness, you might fail to do many important tasks at the right time, you might miss out on many good opportunities and you might overlook associating with the right people at the right time.

If you want to get real success in life, always change and manage yourself in every situation that comes your way. With positive intentions, you can overcome many situations unknowingly.

6. LEARN TO IMPROVE YOUR EXCELLENCE

Paul J. Meyer once said:

Productivity is never an accident. It is always the result of a commitment to excellence, intelligent planning, and focused effort.”

Every successful person is a big dreamer; like oxygen for living beings; without dreams, dreamers never spend their time. Without dreams, a person lives without getting the directions of life. No living being can live without oxygen, likewise, dreamers or successful people can’t live without dreams, because the dream is the greatest inspiration to life. Keeping your life’s important purposes in mind and doing the work to fulfill them, you can overcome many difficult situations in life. Without a definiteness of purpose, you can’t do your work with passion and a good spirit.

7. READING IS FEEDING YOUR MIND

We give regular and essential foods to our body to make ourselves healthy living, but we forget to give the right food to our mind periodically-a very few people have awareness of this. We don’t forget to take breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We eat it on time because we feel hungry at that time; while thinking about our minds, we don’t give essential food to our mind because most of us aren’t hungry to attain new successes and fulfill new dreams.

First focus on developing reading habits that is essential to get motivation and they must improve your mindset to take good decisions in life.

A good and strong decision can be taken on any task when a good idea comes into mind; we miss out on many good ideas in our daily life because most of us don’t have specific dreams and goals to achieve so that we don’t have strong attention to grab the right things at the right time.

8. YOU ARE THE BEST ADVISOR TO YOUR OWN LIFE

For every question you have, you can get clarity from your mind-

keep on asking the queries until you get the answers from your inner conscience. Nobody can resolve your problems better than you can-

you know all the answers to your queries, and you get the answers when you ask yourself honestly. You’re the best motivator and advisor to your own life towards every work you do today or tomorrow. If you don’t accept that you are the best person in your own life, you can never do any great work in your life.

Your Habits Determine Your Future : How You Can Build Successful Habits

What is a habit?

It is when we do certain activities repeatedly over some time and then they become automatic and easy to do afterward. If you want to give up your old habits and create some new habits, first of all, give up your old habits and replace them with new habits. Bad habits are always bad for your present and future life and they may have negative influences on others in your surroundings. Hence, stay away from bad habits and develop good habits.

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.” -Aristotle

1. DEVELOP NEW AND GOOD HABITS

An American inspirational author and Founder of SUCCESS Magazine,

Orison Swett Marden once said:

“The beginning of a habit is like an invisible thread, but every time we repeat the act we strengthen the strand, add to it another filament until it becomes a great cable and binds us irrevocably, thought and act.”

Good habits are your best friends, while bad habits are your worst enemies; it’s up to you what you opt for in your life. You can’t stay a long time comfortably with your bad habits Because many bad habits unknowingly harm your life in the long term that mightn’t be found in today’s life.

Giving up old habits is sometimes more difficult, most people say, they can’t give up their old habits, because these are possible; are all difficult and not possible, but they didn’t think that this was possible, because they didn’t try to give up the old ones. If you don’t change your habits, you can’t change your daily living to work with a new set of goals. It needs strong decisions and persistent actions to form new habits.

Now start doing your new activities for the next 30 days, and give up your old habits convincingly that these habits are no longer active with me. My old habits are not part of my goal plans, and I must start doing the things that must help me to prosper and achieve my goals. When you do new activities daily with determination, they become auto habits and there is no need to remember them again because they have been conceived in your subconscious mind. Starting a journey with new habits is difficult, but these good habits must help you to achieve many objectives in life.

2. EXCELLENCE IS A JOURNEY

An American author in the area of the new thought movement Napoleon

Hill once said:

“Until you have formed the habit of looking for the good instead of the bad there is in others, you will be neither successful nor happy.”

Your life follows your predominant thoughts, and predominant thoughts can’t be built up in one day, they take several days or longer periods to grow and create their empires in your thought process when you do certain things repetitively over some time.

If you decide to become successful in life, and want to achieve many things, or want to help many people in the society; first, change your thoughts, change your attitudes, change your habits, change your spoken words and change the ways of your actions.

When you do certain activities repetitively over a period they become your habits and your predominant thought will be the same and your life follows them. When you change your actions, you also change your habits afterward and you create the same kind of mindset to proceed further.

3. DEVELOP READING HABITS OF THE BOOKS

No habit is permanent, you can change your present habits to new and good habits once you take strong decisions to achieve your new goals, and these goals must be good to you and others as well.

Read hundreds of books on success and achievements; self-help, personal improvements, motivation and inspiration, and success; anyhow you need to change your state of mind and develop a success

mindset. Until you change your state of mind to success consciousness, you can’t work for success wholeheartedly. To grow faster, you need to learn many things from other successful people-be teachable; you can read biographies of successful people. From their life, you can understand many things.

4. DEVELOP YOUR STRATEGY

Stephen R. Covey, an American educator, author, businessman, and keynote speaker wrote:

“You are not your habits. You can replace old patterns of self-defeating behavior with new patterns, new habits of effectiveness, happiness, and trust-based relationships. With genuine caring, I encourage you to open the gate of change and growth.”

You can’t pick the right things on the outside if you don’t have the same thoughts in your mind. Developing a new habit may not be possible in a short period, it takes time and varies from person to person. It is possible when you repeatedly do the things over some time. You can change your present habits into meaningful directions when you start doing things with clear goals. When you stay away from your comfort zone, you build a Winning habit for the upcoming success.

You can only build your future when you change your habits; your repeated actions shape your habits, and your repeated habits decide your character, and when you reach your destiny with the same strengths as you build yourself.

Sometimes bad circumstances and negative people create some situations on your path to disturb your state of mind on the way to success. In these situations, don’t make a swift decision to quit your achievement process even though it is painful and difficult.

Like creating dreams, you must know how to protect your dreams from negative people and circumstances.

Do four steps daily to strengthen your dreams:

Prepare a list of your dreams-what exactly what you want in life.

Write your dreams and goals daily in your dream book with deadlines, and action plans:

5. CREATE YOUR DREAM BOOK

a) Write your dreams in your dream book

Write your dreams in your dream book and write them in the present tense because your subconscious mind only understands in the present tense, it doesn’t understand the past or future. Feel positive about your dreams and visualize that you are now living with your dreams. Why do you need this confirmation before attainment, because you’ll need lots of effort to make your dreams come true, and for this reason, you must have felt an achievable success before it’s achieved? Who will work for your success, the answer is, nobody but only you? Many people might support you, but you are the leading role player in your success journey.

b) Put a Deadline on your Dream

Dream plus deadline becomes your goal, eIse your dream is only a wishful thought and it has no existence and power. Put your goals on paper and make plans to achieve them. Until you set your goals, you can’t manage your time in the right ways. Your success is nothing but your achievable goals.

c) Find the Reasons Why do you want to achieve your Dreams; Why?

Find the emotional reasons for your dreams, and then it would be easy to do the things to get it done. Many difficulties, setbacks, and challenges might come your way, but you can overcome them if you have strong reasons for your dreams. You don’t care what is happening on the outside because of emotional reasons, and your focus goes to concentrate on your work.

A weak desire can’t make you successful: you need a strong burning desire to get success in life. Most people fail in life because of weak desires, weak faith, weak decisions, and weak action plans, they don’t take strong decisions and don’t set goals because they don’t have strong reasons to achieve anything. Find the strong reasons why you want to achieve a big success in life. If the reason is clear and strong, that means, why is clear and strong: then how is it easy, that means, you can find the ways how to do it?

In the winter, early morning, when somebody goes outside for a morning walk, he may feel uncomfortable because of intense fog, cold, and moisture, but these outside effects can’t affect the person mentally if the person has the burning desire of doing the exercises for maintaining a healthy body. People find many excuses when they don’t have burning desires. You need a strong desire to overcome many difficulties and setbacks, and the people with clear visions grow much bigger and faster than the people with no clear visions.

d) Then How? Action Plans

Organize the list of your goals into plans and take immediate action on your plans. Write the action plans in 5-10 lines that motivate you to move on – write the detailed plans needed in the process. What you should do so that you can achieve your goals: When you get new ideas and knowledge upon a time from other or different sources, you can then update or modify your goal plans to new ones so that you can become more productive with these new ideas.

6. UPDATE 0R MODIFY YOUR GOAL PLANS REGULARLY

An American radio personality, reputed speaker, and author, Earl

Nightingale once said:

“All you need is a plan, the road map, and the courage to press on to your destination.”

Always update or modify your goal plans to make your work more efficient and productive. If you don’t update or modify your goal plans periodically, that means, you aren’t single-mindedly working for your goals, and the results you’ll draw upon a time with the old plans mightn’t be very attractive towards excellent performances. Always follow the changes and be the change to perform outstandingly. You shouldn’t be the same person now with the same qualities as before.

Good habits are like depositing money in your savings account and you want to grow and prosper in the future, while bad habits are like repeatedly withdrawing money from your existing bank balance, this mindset doesn’t connect you to a secured life ahead.

Always change yourself with the needful qualities and find yourself as a new you every time ahead. If you always focus on your main activities and improve yourself over time, you are the true winner of your life.

Life Is About Letting Go Past And Moving Forward

There may have been some bittersweet situations in your earlier relationships, career, life, or family, but you should learn from them and realize that life is about stepping forward. You may have hard feelings or suffered in past, but the more important thing is to forgive others, as well as yourself, for whatever mistakes you or others made. So, you should make peace with your mistake and move on. This blog will certainly inspire you to look ahead and work for a brighter future.

1. UNDERSTAND HOW TO DEAL WITH BAD SITUATIONS:

Learn how to handle bad situations and problems in life, never complain about life; life never goes backward, it can only move forward. The major difference between successful people and unsuccessful is that unsuccessful people always complain whereas successful accept and move on. Great people do extraordinary things for people and society with dedication, hardworking and perseverance. Do everything selflessly and with the aim to uplift people around you and also develop society.

2. YOUR PAST IS NOT YOUR DESTINY:

Never be sad about your past if something bad happened to you. As you know that you can not change your past because it’s gone.However, you may shape your future by giving your all in the present. Just think about the goals and promises that you made earlier. You should concentrate on things that you can fulfill with your strengths and talents.

The present is the result of the past; what you have done in the past is the result that you are getting now. You can’t change your past, but you can change your future if you focus on your present and take the necessary steps which can build your future.

3. ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY AND TAKE CHARGE:

In life, many problems will come-they may be personal, professional, familial, financial, etc., and they may be small or big, and we don’t know when they will come, but we should make ourselves alert and ready to overcome them and resolve them. Try to resolve your problems by yourself and take less supports from others. If you think you can do it, just do it and there is no need to take supports from others. People take responsibility when they love their Works and are committed to doing their best. If you fail to resolve your problems quickly, then you can take your time to do the needful to get the solutions and never be impatient while finding the ways; after all, if you don’t get any solutions after trying many times, you can find alternative ways to reach your destiny.

4. PROBLEMS CAN’T OVERTAKE THE POWERS WITHIN YOU:

Challenges can’t overtake the powers within you; every failure helps you to prepare for the next successes. 5. NEVER ASK FOR SUPPORTS FROM OTHERS IF YOU CAN DO

What do you want from your life, ask yourself? And nobody can give you clarity in this regard except you. You are the best person to reply to and find the right answers for every question that you would like to ask. You can take some partial support from others, you have to take the final decision. You are the best decision-maker for your life, whether you want to build your life or you want to destroy your life-the decisions are always in your hand.

6. TAKE BETTER DECISIONS FOR EVERYTHING :

Nobody can take your whole life decisions except you. Many situations come to the life from time to time, we find many different people from time to time and we meet many opportunities from time to time; but, what we accept and what we reject, can only be decided by the person himself. We don’t accept all the opportunities, we don’t accept all the people and we don’t love the situations that create problems.

“Better decisions motivate you to do the right actions and you do everything keeping the results in mind.”

People do miracles in life because they think miracle by their good decisions and do their works with the same perceptions; you create your world with the power of your thoughts, decisions, and beliefs. If you don’t think miracles, how can you do miracles? Every possibility begins in the mind, and then we do the things in the real life. While taking any decisions, think of their consequence; stop going ahead if it is bad and harm others.

7. TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR MIND:

“Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.”

Negative thoughts are highly destructive to the mind; you can’t imagine how powerful the negative thoughts are, they work in negative ways to weaken your willpower. Negative thoughts are nothing but powerful viruses in your mind computer; they can destroy the hard disk of your mind computer. The anti-virus in your mind’s computer is creating more positive thoughts and positive images mind to weaken the effectiveness of negative thoughts so that you can take control of your mind.

8. GOD HAS HIS WAYS TO TAKE PART IN YOUR LIFE

Life is to learn good things and then practice them to improve your
excellence. Many times, God sends you difficulties in the path of your lite to make you stronger, but it matters how you accept
this factor. Difficulties create obstacles, fears, uneasiness, discomfort, and it makes your process delayed, but it can never block your roadways. Through adversities and difficulties, you find new opportunities to build a better future. Those people who have fears of difficulties, adversities, and failures, never do big works and never achieve big things in life.

God loves you and He will give you the things in His ways to fulfill your dreams, and we don’t know what the exact ways are and what they are, you might meet challenges or difficulties because these
challenges or problems may open the doors to your prosperity and success. If you’re success-conscious, these challenges can’t break you, they might delay your works, but you’ll get the ways that you search for, and you may find your destiny in some steps ahead.

Procrastination: The Psychology of Procrastination and The Best Ways to Avoid This

Have you ever found yourself staring at your phone or laptop, mindlessly checking social media, or going down an internet rabbit hole when you’re supposed to be doing something else? So have I and it is procrastination.

Hello! I am Siddheswar Jana. I am addicted to information related to the mind. In this blog, I’ll clarify why procrastination is so hard to overcome, as well as how to stop putting off and better manage your time by following a step-by-step guide. But first, you must know how procrastination takes place.

What Is Procrastination?

The term ‘procrastination’ originates from the Latin word ‘Proceastinare’, which represents ‘to avoid until tomorrow.’ But it’s not simply about putting off something you want to accomplish. The phrase ‘procrastination’ is also taken from the ancient Greek word “to do something opposite to our better judgment.’

Hence, Procrastination is defined as delaying or postponing something unnecessarily and voluntarily, despite knowing that it will have negative consequences.

“It’s self-hurt,” said Dr. Piers Steel at the University of Calgary.

Why We Do Procrastinate?

There is a myth about procrastination and laziness. We are often confused but they are not the same thing.
Procrastination is an intentional act in which you choose to do something other than the task you know you should be doing. Laziness, on the other hand, means apathy, inactivity, and a lack of desire to act.

The root cause of procrastinating is our inability to regulate our negative or difficult feelings as Dr. Tim Pychyl, professor of psychology, said in his research. He found that Procrastination is an emotion regulation problem, not a time management
the problem.

“We weren’t designed to think ahead into the further future because we
needed to focus on providing for ourselves in the here and now,” said psychologist
Dr. Hal Hershfield.

Procrastination is the best example of present bias, which is our innate trait to prefer immediate needs above long-term ones.

In the article of NY Times, we find:

In a 2013 study, Dr. Pychyl and Dr. Sirois found that procrastination can be understood as “the primacy of short-term mood repair … over the longer-term pursuit of intended actions.” Put simply, procrastination is about being more focused on “the immediate urgency of managing negative moods” than getting on with the task, Dr. Sirois said.

How to Deal With Procrastination-Inducing Emotions:

You must understand that procrastination is simply a means of coping with negative emotions.

Here are the most crucial tips for dealing with procrastination:

Self-compassion means embracing yourself as you would care for a friend who is going through a difficult situation. Self-compassion is not based on social comparisons or one’s sense of personal accomplishment; rather, acknowledging and accepting one’s imperfections can contribute to personal growth and improvement. In research, it has shown that people who showed self-compassion are less likely to procrastinate.

Accept and Move On:

Forgiveness involves accepting the mistakes, admitting what has happened, and being willing to move on with your life without thinking about things that you can’t change. In a study, the researchers found that the students who forgave for procrastinating while studying for the first exam were less likely to procrastinate for their next exams.

Build Curiosity:

Instead of using self-criticism and hurting yourself emotionally, try exploring your minds, feelings, and reactions the next time you make a mistake, fail to fulfill a goal, or do not perform as expected.

Why is going on in my mind now?
How is my body reacting?
Why am I feeling this way right now?
And so on.

Pen a To-do List:

Make a schedule. Jot down Make a list of all the things you need to get done. Your list must have short-term goals as well as long-term goals. And when you will see your task list will help to make a proper plan to meet your goals without procrastinating.

Break the Task:

Break your big tasks into short and more manageable parts. You will feel less stressed and less likely to procrastinate as a result of this. Chronic procrastinator often says that they wait for the last minute to complete their task and make the task unachievable. So, break the tasks to bring broad changes in your life.

Reward to Yourself:

Give yourself a treat when you accomplish any specific tasks. Just promise yourself that when it’s done, you’ll get to do something you enjoy. Make use of your excitement to get you through the discomfort. For example, you can say that if I complete two Mathematics chapters, I will treat myself to 1 plate of biryani this night.

Make Your Temptation More Inconvenient:

Once a great thinker said that if you can not change yourself then change the situation in favor of you. For instance, if you are constantly checking social media then delete the apps or give yourself a difficult password, not 5 digits but 13.

One Task at a Time:

When you multitask, it makes you think that you’re doing a lot, but it prevents you from completing tasks fast and effectively. Your focus should be on one thing at a time, and you should give it your best. This will also allow you to stop getting overwhelmed by your busy plan and also avoid you from procrastinating.

Final thought: If you want to bring changes in your life then take full responsibility for your life. To avoid procrastination you need great patience and strong belief in yourself.

Increase Your Productivity: Now Stay Focused and Efficient

In my previous blog, I have pointed out the habits that destroy your productivity. Now, in this article, I am going to share the most 10 insanely productive tools that will help you to achieve your goals in less time and increase your productivity.

Productivity has always been a serious issue. This is even more true now in a world where everything is moving at breakneck speed. As a result, everyone tries to boost their products regularly. The idea is to become more efficient in a short amount of time so that you can do more things or have more time for yourself.

Some of the productive habits are –

  • Never go to sleep without planning out what is for the next day
  • Have a time-bound target
  • Before sleeping, ensure everything is kept ready, in place, and prepared for tomorrow
  • Wake up knowing exactly what you are supposed to execute and complete
  • And yeah – NEVER attend emails, WhatsApp messages, or check social media until you complete to-do list activities.

Here Are the Top 10 Tips to Boost Your Productivity-

#1 Stop Checking Mobile in the Morning

The majority of us are guilty of checking our email before our feet have even landed on the ground in the morning. The problem is that this frequently gets us off to a poor start, causing us to respond and react to other people’s interests rather than outlining our plan for the day. Please do not allow yourself to do it! Disable any notifications on social media that will distract you from your task. If you really must, make out a few minutes in your day to check your email and notifications for anything essential, but keeping them on while you work will decrease your productivity.

#2 Make Your Daily Plan

My most useful advice for planning your day is to write it down. It is a smart time management strategy to write down your daily schedule. And yeah, that means every day.

The idea is to make a list of what you want to accomplish today.

What are the major things that you must have to do? Is there a deadline nearing?

Make a list of the most crucial tasks you have to complete. The act of writing your plan clears your mind, allowing it to focus on other things rather than attempting to remember what you want to do.

#3 Multitasking Kills Your Productivity

Take on one task at a time. It is a common belief that multitasking leads to increased productivity. The truth is that we can only perform one thing at a time, and attempting to multitask only results in us going back and forth between various things. You lose time and concentrate each time you make that change. Grab one task and work on it until it is finished, then jump on to another one. Focus on the most important task first.

#4 Take Sufficient Sleeping

It is about quality, not quantity when it comes to sleep. Sleep is a natural healer and it restores our energy levels. It is an essential component of our biology. Remove yourself from technological devices and screens. To get a good night’s sleep, read a book, listen to soothing music, or even watch a motivational video. Your body and mind will feel much peaceful as a result, and it will increase your productivity.

#5 Stop Being Lazy

Laziness is a productivity killer. When something becomes too difficult to do, we become lazy. You let yourself feel satisfied when you accomplish things that you enjoy. Satisfaction allows you to handle large works with zest. Relax and enjoy yourself. Take time to observe it and reflect on it.

#6 Blame Games

It is easier to point the finger at others for all of the problems rather than accept responsibility for the consequences. A sensible person avoids playing the blame game because they understand that it is useless. Instead of accusing others, you should accept your mistakes and learn from them. Taking responsibility for your own life leads to a productive life.

#7 Find out Solutions

Many people tend to argue and find meaningless excuses when they are unable to fulfill their needs. People who are successful and productive, on the other hand, have a different view. They try hard to find the best solutions to the problem, even if it appears to others to be impossible.

#8 Continuous Learning

Continuous learning is a wonderful technique to increase your productivity. It helps you prepare for all of life’s unexpected changes by teaching you new abilities. Learning is all about growth, according to successful people. That is why they invest more time in acquiring new skills to become more productive. You can learn a new skill, language, and also read new books.

#9 Follow 80/20 Rules

Only 20% of what you work daily creates 80% of your results. Remove the tasks from your work that does not matter – they have a small impact on your total productivity. Break down your next project into parts and remove things one at a time until you are left with the 20% that produces 80% of the results.
For instance, a student should attempt to specify which sections of a syllabus will provide the most value for an upcoming exam and emphasize those. This does not, however, suggest that the learner should overlook the rest of the textbook.

#10 Recharge Yourself With Meditation:

Meditation is a simple and effective way to increase productivity. When you are entirely calm and stress-free, your mind will perform more efficiently. When you meditate daily, the right side of your brain, which is in charge of innovating thoughts, will become more active. As a result, you will be able to come up with new techniques and ideas for your work.

Enjoy your life. Love what you do and create.

10 Habits Which Ruin Your Productivity – Stop These Now!

Do you ever feel like your productivity is at an all-time near zero? Is it becoming exceedingly challenging for you to complete work on time and productively? Without even realizing it, you could be undermining your productivity. If you avoid these 10 negative obsessions, you will see an important improvement in your productivity.

Your power to be extremely focused and productive are two important factors for achieving better outcomes and moving forward in your life more quickly. However, other harmful little productivity killers destroy your performance silently.

Here are 10 unproductive habits:

1. Checking Your Smartphones First Thing in the Morning

Checking our smartphones first thing in the morning is one of the worst addictions many of us have. The difficulty is that when we do so, we go into reactive mode pretty quickly. The new updates, emails, and SMS that we have received immediately capture our thoughts, ideas, and focus, forcing us to think about them rather than our goals.

2. Failing to plan out the day-

I have noticed that the days when I did not plan or did not schedule effectively enough are the days when I am the least productive.

You will just roam around if you do not plan your days and weeks. You will have a sense of work ethic because you know what to do. You must spare your time for the most important tasks; otherwise, it will be consumed by distractions or the agendas of others.

3. No Discipline –

Self-discipline is one of the most key factors for success, although it is often missing.

People prefer to be relaxed in their leisure rather than engage in tasks that require effort. Laziness is tempting because it is comfortable and effortless, but self-discipline takes commitment.

4. You Blame –

Ever hear of the saying, “a poor workman blames his tools”? When things are not going as smoothly as they should, take a step back and consider whether you are doing everything you can to improve as a worker through practice, rehearsal, and other methods…or whether you are simply blaming your equipment.

5. Consistently sleeping in-

It is far more difficult to encourage yourself to work hard when you sleep in. When you start your day with a sleepy mood, you are more likely to keep that attitude throughout the day, which leads to procrastination and time waste.

6. Wasting time on Social Media

We are becoming less focused and productive as a result of our use of social media. Some of us waste a large chunk of our days on social media.
If you are not focused enough, you can easily become diverted from the work you need to complete the most.

7. Multitasking-

There is lots of evidence that multitasking is harmful to the body and efficiency. It is not a good idea to do that! Instead, find a spot where your concentration is completely focused on a single work, and you spring up with a genuine sense of achievement.

8. Procrastinating:

The number one enemy of success is procrastination. Many ambitious people’s ambitions and desires have already been ruined.

Procrastination is the result of practically all of the behaviors listed above. As a result, when you set out to eliminate these behaviors from your life, you will find it much simpler to stop procrastinating and start smashing them.

9. You are obsessed with results –

You hate learning and working, doing new things, or considering other people’s perspectives. You are solely interested in the outcome.

10. Keeping task in mind-

Keeping track of all of your daily duties and to-dos in your head is a bad habit that will kill your productivity and focus. Instead, devote one minute to externalizing your to-do list.

Your brain was not designed to be a storehouse for thoughts or tasks. Rather, it is made to help you focus, solve problems, think critically, and come up with fresh ideas.

Put your to-do’s onto paper.

If you do not have focus and are not productive at work, all you wish to do in life and become will never come true.

To be successful, you must overcome the habit that ruins your focus and productivity at some point. So, why not right now?
